The holiday campaign we've been waiting for all year is finally here, and we’re so excited to celebrate the season with you. It’s no secret that the holidays can be hard, and we believe that words of love and encouragement are among the greatest ways to spread hope to those who need it most. Whether you’ve been celebrating the 12 Days with us for years or are jumping in for the first time, we can’t wait to kick off the holidays with you!

Over the next 12 days, we invite you to read the daily story, jot down the address, and script a love letter to a stranger who needs an extra dose of joy to end the year. Please make sure to drop all letters in the mailbox by December 15th! 💌

Without further ado, allow us to introduce you to the first story of the season…

ZOLA

Zola is 98 and in her fifth year of celebrating the holidays without her husband. While she tries to maintain a cheery disposition, she can get lonely, as she lives alone and primarily interacts with her daughter.

This year, we’re making it our mission to surround Zola with warmth and reassure her that she is deeply worthy, even in moments of loneliness during the holidays.
